Personal Assistant to the CEO
My client is looking to appoint a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer.
The incumbent will have the responsibility of providing dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the CEO. Additional key areas of delivery include travel arrangements, diary management, meeting organization and minute taking, liaison with the Board of Directors and associated tasks as well as the collation of the annual report.
The successful candidate should demonstrate the ability to prioritise and manage own workload amid conflicting demands and busy work schedules. The capacity to think ahead and anticipate needs before they arise, the capability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential and sensitive matters, as well as a good grasp of operations and business practices, are essential. Project management skills, a strong business work ethic and professional demeanour are notable pre-requisites for this role.
At minimum, the candidate should be in possession of a matric as well as Secretarial certification with five years PA/Secretarial experience at a senior level. Computer literacy and basic financial literacy are further requirements.
